You know, that's been puzzling me for ages! I made an AO skin which adds a map of all grid exits, and, not having high enough comp lit to enter at Avalon, I was really puzzled as to where you entered the grid, since I couldn't find the Avalon exit from within the grid.
I was also having problems finding the second grid terminal in Broken Shores... guess I know why now
