Do someone here know where Sabulum is? And / Or any whom-phas near

I think its in the northeast of the Perpetual Wastes. Its what a guildmate told me.

It is around 1000 x 2000 in Perpetual Wastelands. This is a mayhem zone with dangerous mobs too, so a Yalmaha is recommended. The closest grid exit is Mort (Sentinel). If you can't use that, then Meetmedere is closest (just go north and zone to Mort, and then head East for Perpetual Wastelands).
