Non twink organizations/guilds?

I'm a player who don't like twinking, but its hard teaming with twinks if you'r not one yourself.
I'm not saying I don't like twinks, I just don't enjoy twinking myself.
Thats why I realy want to get in a guild, a guild who don't support twinking or heavy twinking themself.
It can also be a RP guild.

Perhaps your best bet is a newer guild filled with newer low level players. Any guild that has long time players are going to have characters that are set up fairly well IMO.
