well, this isnt actually my idea. its Fatcrushers but the idea is, have a gun that does uber dmg like 200-900(900)
that makes you pvp enabled as long as you wield it, the only requirements is level, like 150+ or somthin. But as soon as you get fragged the person who killed you can loot it. its always lootable. i think that would be a awsome thing to be implemented.

for one thing guns like that should be earned

that could be fun if the weapon was locked in one play field. if it drops to a known position like a central pedestal, then you can only use it in a fun pvp smack smack play field and it wouldn't unbalance the game outside that.
