Does full money slider actually work?

I put my mission settings to full money yet anything other than find item splits between Exp and money. Missions are giving me 8-10k cash with about 3k experience. Find item missions seem to be the only ones that will give full cash, but unfortunately they're incredibly bugged and have yet to count as a completed mission for me.

Come on damnit. First you nerf the cash reward over all, then you leave only 1 viable mission but low and behold that one mission is bugged. (Excuse me if there are other missions that actually work with full cash, but I'm extremely disappointed with this patch.)

It seems like the different missions types always gives a different amount of cash versus exp. The observer item missions are able to give all cash, but most others (if not all) always gives at least a bit of exp.
