I know High-commanders Hoover and Wielding (or whatever) in Wailing gives quest collecting the Plasma-burners and Sticky Love Rains.

But who gives the quest collecting the Boosters?

In the databases there are the "collecting-items" for the boosters too.

Would appreciate if any1 could answer this.
