critical chance200? How..why...what for? With 100%chance of crit, you should theoretically crit every hit. 100% is everything. 100% of a glass of water IS the whole glass of water. 200% of a glass of water is two glasses of water.modify self chemical damage modifier80

Why would anyone need 200% critchance when 100% makes you garanteed crits? Unless there are things out there that reduce critchances. Is there? Is def-modifier calculated in here? Does this means that an agent running a 100% crit nano might experience not critting against......GAfixers?
