The Jobe implants worth depends on what the clusters inside are. And then you still need to find a 150+ person who wants that type of implant.
Low level weapons are generally not worth that much.
But generally the best weapons to sell are those that in their category do most damage.
X-3s, suport beams, sledgehammers, Sol Executioners, schyuler bows just for examples. More worth are the weapons that are boss loot only.
