While exploring the new NPC chat system today I found a new NPC and he might have something of interest to say to neutral Traders.
The NPC is Sam Cadena and he is in Athen Shire at the clan outpost. He has replaced Brutus Leonidus who used to be there. He talks about a "Trader's Circle" and says the info is strictly for his profession. A Trader from my clan went to check it out and said it is a neutral thing.
I'm still curious though. Hopefully someone can tell me if there is anything interesting there.
