Don't hold your breath or anything, it seems like a relatively simple fix to do, something you'd give to a junior programmer to fix and he'd come back in an hour with a bit of code to fix it... but it hasn't happend yet. Kinda like that armour that's supposed to give treatment and first aid bonuses, simple to fix, and yet it still hasn't been.

well I guess we get to see that the treatment cloth set gets totaly disabled next patch due to the incompability with the bio mech armor and since they wanted it to work they had to let something else go
