Alvins quest
I did the alvins quest. It says you get 20,000 xp but you don't. I say that they should either rewrite the dang mission rewards or I want my 20k in xp!
Reply here if the same thing happened to you! So if it get big enough I can get my xp! I am Xrogue in game so any arks or GMs here give me my xp!

That really pissed me off too, but now I believe I know what it is about. Apparently there is a cap on experience gained (in one chunk) of 5% (maybe 10%?) of the xp required for your next level. So if at your current level you need a total of 80k from last level to reach your next level, you would only get 4k xp.
Frankly I don't think it should apply to quest missions, but it seems to.
The XP caps are:
5% for a mission reward
10% for a single mob
