Add more buffs

Ok. Since you insist on making the highest nano's of the new nanolines not self-castable and based on the new skill system we don't have yet, how about adding one more between the highest and second-highest nano ? One that buffs a bit less but is self-castable around level 180 (solitus) or so.

We still won't be casting the nano's we're supposed to cast around our level but it'll help a lot.
