Wrangle doesn't affect Comp lit. Only affects Nano skills and most weapon skills.
There are Trader Comp Lit buffs, but they are Self-only.
Basically, the only real comp lit buff available is the general one (+20). The rest has to be raised by IP or by some special items (and again, not by much).
Intelligence buffs also help, but there are no int buffs except for general (+12). However there are plenty of int items, including int buffing rifles, etc.

Seems a bit odd
Wranglers only increase attack skills. This includes nanoskills. All other skills including weapon specials are not affected.
Temporary implants are a good way to go.

I can't see a way to force on a QL 184 Krutt without investing ip, and unless you're a shotgun-user to start with... ick.
1k token board isn't that hard to get, even if you do it legitimately.

You solo exclusively. In this case, yer wrong. 1K board doesn't come that quick.
I included the shotty because its one of the more typical routes taken, especially for level 74 trader twinks (for obvious reasons).
Shoulda included the token board. Didn't. Oh well.
