No items from Bundle of Opulence

Just bought it, $300 worth of f*cking FunCom points, I took it out of the mail terminal, r-click, the box did nothing but disappear, the shadowlands adventure pack worked fine though and gave me everything. Been waiting days for an e-mail response, live chat support can't help, no response from in-game petition system. What do I have to do? I'm reporting fraud if I don't get what I paid for.

I had to petition a couple weeks ago, it took them a while to respond. When they did, they did exactly what I wanted and were nice about it. I think they are understaffed working on the SWL game and all. I'd give them a week and then go crazy.
