    Bureaucrat adjustment

    People say crats are at a low atm and "your just a crat" Bureaucrats are good with the new change but since coming back i believe somthing along the lines of this will give crats back the edge in pvp:

    Intensify stress: -100-150 heal delta
    -100-150 nano delta
    -100-150 add all def
    -10%interupt modifier ?
    The additional 50 nanoresist debuffed from this nano when casting workplace drepression isnt amazing so maybe -500 nanoC init or more could be good so we can shutdown casters like before.

    Also the droid level 215 pet is complained about by alot of people, compared to engi dog Damage proc which is 15% So we could make the droid damage matrix 15% chance and the droid pressure matrix taken off the siphon box nanoline(masters bidding) and onto its own nanoline with 15% chance. The droids Hp is also very low making it alphable so adding say 10-20k hp would help.

    With these changes i believe crat will be slightly more formidable without imbalancing anything else.


    Pink slip damage bonus could use increasing aswell.

    All in all i like the crat changes so far.

    Guessing casters will consider been "shutdown" slightly imbalanced.

    Bureaucrat suffers from complete lack of heals, other than that it is OP as it is. Maybe let us sacrifice carlo for HP or something, at the very least.

    just remove the nsd from ttb and crats will be fine.

    the Lock of time&space nanoskill for both 13% reflect graft and battle prepared treatment kits also sevearly limits one portion of our healing for 10minutes into any pvp encounter. taking these off the same skill lock would help alot too.


    Maybe giving crats around 30% more -skill lock modifier could be an interesting buff that will increase our abilities in pvp and not unbalance our abilities in pvm.
