"Old" Improved Red Tape changed into Intensify Stress.

Before 18.7 there were 2 versions of a nano called Improved red tape, a crat debuff.
At some point funcom made a second version of the nano, with slightly higher reqs,
but apart from that, identical. It did however stack with the "old" improved red tape.

All well and good so far, now with 18.7 there is a slight problem.
The "new" version of this nano was carried over to the "new new" improved red tape.
The "old" version tho, got turned into this nano called Intensify Stress.

So far so good right? Well not exactly.. you see this nano is buyable in the Vp store.
While the improved red tape... 400+ millions from the greedy shade.

Now this seems hardly fair to the veterans of the game, who got the nano before the
other one was available.
Yeah the stress nano costs 10.000 Vp, but still that is way more manageable then
forking over 400+ mill for a nano you allready had.

I have spoken with a GM, and the gm forwarded my concerns, but since there might
be crats around who are not aware of this I decided to make a forum post about it as well.
