Ambient Rehabilitation (Keeper Nano)

I'm looking for Ambient Rehabilitation (Keeper Nano). All threads/guides etc. state that it can be bought off of IPS vendor in Jobe. I have gone to the IPS Keeper vendor in all three sones (Harbor/Market/Plaza) and none carry it.

I've also done a bunch of 50-75 dynas but nothing so far. Am I looking at the wrong place? Do you have one? Helep pls.

If I recall correctly you cant buy any of the old Ambient heal nanos anymore, what you're looking for is Ambient Restoration which scales with Bio Met. Newly made keeps are given it right away but I think RK stores sell it for sure.

You can grab Ambient Restoration which you can get in the starter area or the basic shop keeper nano vendor. It'll heal the same as Ambient Restoration with that level of BioMet.
