Yes, this is still the case. ark.Ninanna@gmail.com will reach me or arkmmirad@gmail.com will reach Mmir the Events Assistant Director. Either of us (or both of us to make sure we get it) will make sure any and all who need to review the email get notified of it. Unfortunately the official mail system is iffy at best.

That's different to what the events team handle. Events team look after AOs storyline and their events are based around that. Would be GMs that can check spawns are functioning ok

Yes, I did see the email. It was addressed to a NPC character we in Events didn't even know about, so I wasn't sure on any response to it. The character it was addressed to is a Quest NPC in game and not one we would have any story-line interaction with. Unfortunately the ICC Rep who would most likely have attended was not available. (Which would have been the ICC Diplomatic Representative Daniel Larbin). I myself was unavailable till now so didn't even see this query until today.

Has there been any change in action? The past several CoT meetings have been quite lonely, official-wise. We need some official involvement to work off of.

I've always found us to be stuck in a vicious circle, without a decent amount of interest, Events are less likely to run anything 'official' - don't forget they're also limited on what they can run 'officially' by FC. The second part is that without anything 'official' player interest is very little - it's a recurring problem that we've never really been able to escape.

The numbers in the Event Team now I imagine are very skeleton and may not have the resources to commit to bringing LTCs/STs to events - however they still do normally reply to reports and requests should you want to get something rolling 'officially'.

I'm also assuming you are sending a proper request to the Events Team for an LTC to attend when you hold a CoT meeting? If not this may also help, as I always do when running the OT-OC meetings if a LTC is required. That way it can be scheduled so all can attend

Lastly, don't underestimate player action you can get a great deal done with the CoT without ARK - as long as you don't go majorly effecting the storyline

Yea, it is a negative loop. I don't blame ARK, I know how limited they are to act independently or make any commitments, but really half of it is RP and rubbing shoulders with figures, even if it has no impact on the game world. Not even sure how much we could organize between our own factions (I doubt they really would endorse any agreement we make between OT and the Clans to start a storyline)

Well, anyway, the CoT meets regularly, attendance or not, so if they want to show up, they know when and where.
