Just a thought perhaps... I mean thier purpose in life is to send as many rounds of ammo at the target as possible and since everyone and their brother can raise the same skills as them to levels to use thier ql200 weaps they should have something that makes the green skills worth a crap.

cool idea but i think its a little over the top. I am not sure if fling is much longer then 15 seconds between. Atleast not for my ithaca. I could like chain fling if i were a soldier. Burst isn't too long in between either. FA is like the only one with a really long recharge and just be thankful its not like dimach and takes 30 minutes to recycle,

A bit too imbalanced. It would be better to do it by percentage to avoid the fast recycling weapons from getting too good (say 5 to 15 or 20%).

I'd imagine the effect should be similar to the Jobe Cluster of Speedy Recovery, and can't say for certain how they work since I've yet to locate one.

Good point making them a % would be a better call for this so you can't get to the point of chain casting a burst, but they still need something to get the time down.

And definately make them all Self Only buffs.
