110 Keeper twink

I started working on this level 110 soli Keeper, and I was wondering if you guys here could give me some suggestions on my setup. I need some suggestions for hud/util items, and some shoulderpads as well. I would also like to know if a TL4 keeper twink is a good idea in the first place, thanks in advance!!

Switch out the ncus for dmg ncus from s7.

Andrenaline factory for hud1?

CM Hat.
If you're clan then Clan Shoulderpads for the Veracious & Barrow Strength.
If you're omni then Pads of Dedication & Enhanced Pads of Dedication.
Biomaterial Defensive Shield for UTIL2.
Communications Relay for UTIL3 to save on some IP from nanoskills.
Melee Fighter's Force Manual for UTIL1.
Adrenaline Factory or Endorphin Factory for HUD1, depending on if you want a little more HP, or a little more Stam, and some added Strength for keeping CM/Ofab out of OE.
Nar Shere's Earring of Tapping for HUD2.
And HUD3 depends on if you want one of the LE HUDs to swap, or something like an Eremite Sensor for CritDecrease.
Swap Deck3/4 for Viral Memory Storage Unit (Damage), and take a look at getting to 901 CLit to change Deck1/2/5 to ql160 Spirit Infused Yuttos, and Deck6 to the highest Infused Viral Compiler you can do for some more NR.

Also, Keepers can't equip a Control Brain Symb.

2HE & AAD are in Shiny & Bright slots respectively, so you can have a 2HE/AAD/FastAttack R-Arm Implant, and an AAD/2HE/Whatever L-Arm Implant.

r hand symb swap it with infantry for fast atack and + melee dmg

the more fast atack u have the higher ql flurry u can use .......... excalibur + flurry =alot more dmg

but i m curious ..whats the main purpose of youre toon? pvm soloing or pvp(duels)/pvp(mass)

Sorry for the late response, haven't checked the forums in a while, but this toon is for PVP duels mainly, maybe some towers from time to time, I also forgot to specify that the toon is solitus, sorry.
