Payment failed

my payment has been failing since last june 29th. what gives? I thought FC wanted my money.

also, im worried I might not be able to get the parasite helmet and the 50% extra gametime if the issue is only solved after july 8.

can I get an official answer saying the offer will last longer? also about the fix to the billing system, any ETA?

every day without my second account is a day ill have to wait for a team for hours. if I have another account at least ill be able to dual log something.
