Why are most ENFs 2he? Because it enables the press button/insta-gank reaver
perk line. As an ENF, I went 1HB because I wanted to be different than most and
have my taunt proc land more often - but 2HE has boosts 1hb does not (see:
Electro Gloves and X-11 towers, RBP, etc, etc..) on TOP of a vastly superior perk line. Bah I say!
As a 1hb ENF *VERY* unhappy w/1hb perks, I have this to suggest.
#1 Quick Bash: This is a low end perk, damage really isn't all that for 2he's first
one, either. At least it's not a big enough enough difference to matter so much.
Leaving as is = less work and demand.
#2 Crush Bone: Scale the inits, based on how many perks are invested and you
have a MFer of a perk. Dmage and DoT is weak for a Lv-anything, so have it scale.
At Blunt Mastery 5 you get:

User Hit Health Melee -33 .. -33 5 hits, 6s delay

Every 55 seconds, lasts 30? Would be VERY useful for PvM and PvP.
Now, #3 Bring the Pain: Not too shabby, but it seems more a PvM perk than
anything, to me. Maybe a hostile/friendly check before hitting players, but works
the same as mobs. Scale near but not over, as it's not AoE, Pain Lance. Say
2800-3800 dmg. MUCH lower recharge than it is now. Pain Lance is 45s and this is
2-1/2 minues?! WTF is that? 60-80 seconds at the VERY most. 2.5 minutes is insane.
Oh... and add a GD taunt to it, for 20k. ENFs, mongo.. AOE... taunt. You get it.
Finally, #4 Devestating Blow, my favorite I love to hate:
First of all, keep the 50% evade, but drop the bring the pain STUN req. That sucks,
and is a bit unfair to 1hb users considering 2he-ers just push a button and wham!
Damage is hardly devestating, so scale it close to SnD's collectively, perhaps a
wee bit less. Say one bulk hit for 4000-6000 with an equivalent 80 second recharge.
Not many would boohoo, as it'll actually obey the 40% rule.
Do that, and I may play my ENF a wee bit more. Whoever designed the 1hb perks
had their head way, WAY up in the clouds. Period. Equalize it the way I suggested
and it gets more of a PvM boost too, which is what 1hb is all about, IMO, more or less.
1HB perks blow at the moment, BIG boost please. Kthnxbye. <|8d
