    UNgimp Enforcer 1HB Perks. (PLZ!)

    Why are most ENFs 2he? Because it enables the press button/insta-gank reaver
    perk line. As an ENF, I went 1HB because I wanted to be different than most and
    have my taunt proc land more often - but 2HE has boosts 1hb does not (see:
    Electro Gloves and X-11 towers, RBP, etc, etc..) on TOP of a vastly superior perk line. Bah I say!

    As a 1hb ENF *VERY* unhappy w/1hb perks, I have this to suggest.



    #1 Quick Bash: This is a low end perk, damage really isn't all that for 2he's first
    one, either. At least it's not a big enough enough difference to matter so much.

    Leaving as is = less work and demand.

    #2 Crush Bone: Scale the inits, based on how many perks are invested and you
    have a MFer of a perk. Dmage and DoT is weak for a Lv-anything, so have it scale.

    At Blunt Mastery 5 you get:

    Attacker [SpecialHit Health] Melee -291 .. -541
    User Hit Health Melee -33 .. -33 5 hits, 6s delay
    User Hit Health Melee -33 .. -33
    User Modify Melee init -300
    User Modify Ranged init -300
    User Modify Physical init -300
    User Modify Nano init -300
    User Modify Run speed -400

    By Blunt 10, it should scale to:

    Attacker [SpecialHit Health] Melee -1791 .. -2041
    User Hit Health Melee - .. -165 10 hits, 4s delay
    User Hit Health Melee -165 .. -165
    User Modify Melee init -1300 (200 per additional perk)
    User Modify Ranged init -1300
    User Modify Physical init -1300
    User Modify Nano init -1300
    User Modify Run speed -1400

    Every 55 seconds, lasts 30? Would be VERY useful for PvM and PvP.

    Now, #3 Bring the Pain: Not too shabby, but it seems more a PvM perk than
    anything, to me. Maybe a hostile/friendly check before hitting players, but works
    the same as mobs. Scale near but not over, as it's not AoE, Pain Lance. Say
    2800-3800 dmg. MUCH lower recharge than it is now. Pain Lance is 45s and this is
    2-1/2 minues?! WTF is that? 60-80 seconds at the VERY most. 2.5 minutes is insane.

    Oh... and add a GD taunt to it, for 20k. ENFs, mongo.. AOE... taunt. You get it.

    Finally, #4 Devestating Blow, my favorite I love to hate:

    First of all, keep the 50% evade, but drop the bring the pain STUN req. That sucks,
    and is a bit unfair to 1hb users considering 2he-ers just push a button and wham!
    Damage is hardly devestating, so scale it close to SnD's collectively, perhaps a
    wee bit less. Say one bulk hit for 4000-6000 with an equivalent 80 second recharge.

    Not many would boohoo, as it'll actually obey the 40% rule.

    Do that, and I may play my ENF a wee bit more. Whoever designed the 1hb perks
    had their head way, WAY up in the clouds. Period. Equalize it the way I suggested
    and it gets more of a PvM boost too, which is what 1hb is all about, IMO, more or less.

    1HB perks blow at the moment, BIG boost please. Kthnxbye. <|8d

    If anyone could confirm or deny these results, i'll be glad.
    Sorry for not testing "Bring the pain"... but 2min20 recharge is more time than i need to travel from Ely to Inf... & since like 70% of time the stun doesn't land on fighting target, i can't use "Devastating Blow"..

    Now, what make you folks think we need 1hb love ? My team mates always get a good laugh when i copy/paste the perk damage in team chat !

    So FC, please dont give 1hb love, just nerf 2he perkline

    I'm very happy that the Edge of Tarasque line got an upgrade, but unfortunately it means that 2he enf has just that extra edge over 1hb. It used to be that because of the double hit, 1hb was a better PvM taunter, but now because of the extra damage 2he is better in both PvM and PvP, which leaves 1hb as a poor second choice.

    These are some very good thoughts on reworking the perk lines to make them an option - not overpowered, just a reasonable alternative to 2he.

    Btw, with next patch fixing the way AoE effects work, I guess Bring the Pain will now check vs everyone evades instead of just the main target's. Incoming 1hb nerf?

    Currently, it doesnt check evades at all, due to (probably) AoE checks are not applied to perks, like they are not applied to nanos.

    If 2he is supposed to be the best for enf's why the hell do you still get 1hb/2hb starter weps ><

    Bump for new 1hb/2hb perks

    On a side note upping the dd on 1hb perks will bump up 1hb mp's a little wich is probably why the line is nerfed :/

    Well I already made the switch to 2he with a 1he hotswap for perk firing

    Only one reason i can see FC still not improving 1hb line and thats because it can be coupled with the 1he line. The bring the pain perk is imho overpowered for pvp use since i can perk a fixer with DoF and Limber running using top twinked setup using that perk, and then ofc everyone else in the area feels it too. What makes it so useful in pvp though is 1he 1hb can add 6k free damage to alpha vs any prof the aoe stun lands on. Also with the AoE stun going in group situations, people in hiding are unhid without defense usually and docs won't be able to heal fast enough if you have proper timing.

    1HB has crap as far as perks go, but it is the highest regular damage setup I believe even with Mongoose in offhand your regular damage should be higher than HEoT. Pvp though it is highly effective, and your 1hb AR is very nice and dual wielding allows more chances for procs to fire and other benefits.

    Biggest support for 1HB getting a boost over 2he, 1hb is more ip investment, and should reflect that in some way. Getting harder and harder for an enf to go anything besides 2he and have proper IP for non cookie cutter setups.

    The 1hb blunt enfo is in dire need of some love. Split damage, more ip spent, crappy perks (that can hit the 30% cap if/when they do land) all make 1hb a bad choice. I mean, come on I cant use the fourth damage perk in 90% of the things I do. Just remove the stun req on devastating blow. It wont make 1hb overpowered as it would still probably be od'ed by 2he.

    Bring the pain is also a problem. The recharge is just to long and since devastating blow requires bring the pain it means our main damage perk also has an effective long recharge. I can see where a short recharge might seem overpowered with the stun ability of bring the pain, so shorten the stun duration to 2s or make the 4s stun land 50% of the time. Or drop the stun all together and make it land a 5s nsd or some kind of nano drain.

    You upgraded EOT for 2he users and even changed it's damage type so it matches the perks. The least you can do is rework the 1hb perk lines. It is long overdue.

    I don't realy care about first two perks (Even if dmg is a bit depressing) but I agree with squadoosh.

    Even if devastation blow stun lands (target is suroundedwith white thingy, dosen't move) BtP will still yawn about must have stunned running in 8 out of 10 cases :/
    Currently the only use of BtP is takin place on hotbar and thats sad

    still 220 enfo (PvM only) with 2360 1hb & 2560 AR
    i'm not using challenger nano or proc for these tests

    i've also removed Crush Bone dots from these dmg reports, anyway it always do 124 dmg as described here (quite low dmg for a lvl 220) sometimes the first hit is 133 dmg \0/

    Crush Bone dot always land... and initial dmg from this attack is unconsistant (see lvl 202 PW dyna)
    Bring the Pain & Devastating Blow : decent dmg on those, but since BtP stun is kinda random, landing DB is even more random...
    As suggested in other threads, it would be nice to see its requirement change to "Affected by Bring the Pain" instead of stun and to reduce BtP recharge time (yes 2min20 is quite a long time).

    Give luv to 1hb/2hb perklines ! Or nerf 2he one

    FC is listening, so i'm sure they will help out the blunt lines at some point. What I haven't seen, which we need more of, is some really strong ideas about what to do. I saw one post i think actually list possible new stats on the 1hb perks all the way through, right down to what a scaled inits/dot damage on crush bone should be. Lets get some ideas going so the hard part is out of the way and not just say lower recharge times or more damage.

    Blunt is still a heavy regular damage choice and despite the HEoT insult to Dreadloch Bear Dread Bear and a Dread panther+ofab panther are hard to od without the us of perks.

    Seriously though id love to be able to use Martial arts attacks with blunt weps

    Bump again, Though I would prefer to see the op's post have the max - inits reduced to 1k instead of 1.3k being as either is amazingly devastating for pvp ESPECIALLY with that sort of duration/recharge.
