We are looking for experienced players; mature, helpful, knowledgeable, self sufficient, and a good (negotiable) sense of humor, feel free to post an application. We aren't an org for froobs or people new to the game, we simply have nothing to offer to these players. Our guild chat is adult rated; minimum 18 years old to join. There is no minimum level requirement.
Synergy Factor is on a visible alliance chat with Ancarim Iron Legion, and we raid as a single org, known to members as SFAIL. In the past we did S42 in a COOP with two other orgs. On our own we've cleared everything else in the game.
