Merged server forums are under the "Rubi-Ka" heading, which is just above "Profession Academies" on the main forum page. It contains Life on Rubi-Ka, Rubi-Ka Recruitment, Rubi-Ka Buzz, Offers on Rubi-Ka, and Requests on Rubi-Ka.

Actually, they were once stand-alone, pre-2010 or so if I remember right. OP may have been away awhile.
