Although it's a known issue I just wanted notice that my testlive-account and my game settings on my PC got blanked in this merge-patch.
Lat patch there were no complications with the process and everyone and everything was accounted for.
just got chars at Rubik I.
Logged in yesterday at 20 PM European Time and several times since then(Last checked 10 mins ago).

I had two accounts do that yesterday ... I kept trying and after 3 or 4 attempts they came thru all toons intact. You might keep trying, otherwise put in a Bug report.
