    Increas TIM spawn rate

    Over-camped and doesn't seem to drop as often as it should. It's a simple fix...

    I have been at TIM a lot during the past week trying to get the scope (got it now), and 50% of the time/spawns I have been the only one there.
    So I cant agree on that he is overcamped.
