How do you move Prefs to new computer?

Installed AO on my new computer and patched it up. I also have the information from my "Prefs" folder from my old install. Game crashed a few times without loading when I put the old prefs in the new install area so I deleted them and logged in with no problems.

Question: How do I get my old Pref "shortcuts" transferred into the new install? Do you only need to move 1 file "icon??".bin?

Should I move over any others?

I usually just copy the whole pref folder, works good for me atleast

Yep me too. Used to do it a lot (almost everyday). Except computer #2 is dead right now. So I guess I haven't actually done it since 14.5. But copying the entire prefs folder worked at least up to then.

if you have any scripts, make sure to grab your d:\games\ao\scripts folder too
