Understanding.

Im just now understanding this game? Im like level 4 on my agent and I tried to use a nano-technichian but couldn't do anything. Its even giving me problems on getting any where else in the game im stuck in omni-tek the training area place and even though i can go through the blue portal thing to take me somewhere else there are like 20 dif. places to go i don't know how to get out. And i want to do missions..
