Well the whole concept of proc on ring and special edition helmet is wrong and stupid since it only procs "when hit" .
So in decon you get hit with nanobots that fill your hp/nano very fast so the ring procs ...
But maybe one day the dev will realise that those 2 procs are among the worst concepts ever if a shade gets hit it dies anyway ... we aint no soldiers .

I've noticed my adv ring proc popping just after leaving decon a few times.... nice to see that it still works now n then.
