Profession class

How do you graduate to the next class in your profession? I've been trying to figure it out... Is it by leveling or does someone need to teach you the skills? Please help this semi-newbie out, thanks

Are you refering to the title levels? I assume you've encountered the skill caps by now.

At certain levels you will gain new title levels, with new caps, and more IP/level. First time you'll notice this is at level 15.
