Leave my reflect bracers, modified aggression enhancer, droid control-device and capricorn bracer alone
You can remove reflects from any other items, but do leave the above mentioned like they are now. They exist as viable alternatives in certain situations, they are in no way overpowered since you actually have to give something up to use said items at TL7.
And if you are looking for a hardcap on reflects for soldiers and such, then said items wouldn't change much there either. For other professions they are still very useful and loved for various situations.
If you weren't planning on nerfing them, then ignore this post.
If you are planning on nerfing them, then take my words into consideration.
