    Nice Qotsa song there.

You asked for new music, but i assume that doesnt mean it has to be made in couple last years, so gonna post some old (post)punk then instead.

    Wire - 15th

Minutemen - King Of The Hill

Bad Brains - Banned In DC

    Clock Dva - 4 Hours

and some industrial music with german shouting

    Front Line Assembly - Angriff

    @Animistic

Your post made me look up this song again.

The Wipers - Youth of America

    And some others..

    The Walkmen - The rat

Arcade Fire - No cars go

Not really a big fan, but I think they are good songs.

    Cool.
I do like industrial stuff, shouting Germans are always a bonus.

And I didnt mean newly recorded/released songs, I just meant songs that may be new to others.

I'm gonna be in the strange minority here, but that's no different from anywhere else really. I say I like everything and I mean it, so long as the musicianship is good. I'm really big on jazz, though, especially the modern fusion and more experimental varieties. Here's a couple of my favorites

Jaga Jazzist is a Norweigan 10-piece jazz / rock band. This is the song that got me hooked on them.
    Jaga Jazzist - Oslo Skyline

Cinematic Orchestra - Orchestral Jazz with decidedly more drama, but still undeniably modern. This song, and the album of the same name, is absolutely wonderful.
Cinematic Orchestra - The Man with the Movie Camera

Of course I listen to industrial and electronic and metal and classic rock and acoustic stuff and well, everything, really - but I wanted to bring some unexpected variety to the thread.

I tend to listen to all sorts of music, but I enjoy "Industrial Rock", in particular "Neue Deutsche Härte" which is the German Industrial genre. And Symphonic Metal which is mostly Dutch based classical orchestra mixed with metal.

    German

    Eisbrecher - Ohne Dich

    Megaherz - 5. März

Megaherz - Himmelfahrt (one of my favorite from any German band :])

    Dutch

    Epica - The Phantom Agony

    Within Temptation - The Howling

Where was it when I first heard that sweet sound of humility?
It came to my ears in the god damn loveliest melody
How grateful I was then to be part of the mystery
To love and to be loved
Let's just hope that is enough

My flat shakes when I turn the bass up and play something by Flux Pavilion (like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfkOJcDkrjs), will give it a listen

Verdict: Not bad, can't say it sounds good on a decent system then link me to a 240p version of the song though!

Now, one of the reasons we’ve spent the last month arguing about the debt ceiling is that half of the "teabag" Congress signed a vow to never raise taxes. Someone just handed them something and it wasn’t a gun, a crucifix or a fetus — so they signed it. Why? "Because we’re rugged individuals who love freedom. Now excuse us while we sign this document swearing to do as we’re told." --Bill Maher

Gary Moore, one of the best guitarists you were probably only vaguely aware of, passed away this Sunday in Spain.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXYjE...eature=related <-- Red House (Hendrix cover)

Been a fan of his since I was in my teens. One of the all-time greats.

Also, while I'm sure you've heard the Nightwish cover, here's Moore's original version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyJEytBlp1I <-- Over The Hills & Far Away (warning: the 80s live in this link)
