Local cooldowns > any nerf possible for the NT profession.
pretty much. anyone that's spent enough time playing NT knows that we live and die by recharge. it's going to be interesting seeing how cooldowns effect us in tight situations. I'm investing in a few very cheap keyboards, so i don't feel so bad when i break them.

What kind of % do we have on actually getting the rebalance? 20%? 40%? 50%? Id suspect 20% or less being close to the truth atleast.
