I'm having fun with doing pvp in GA but I dont wanna play it enough to deal with getting to 50 and getting perfect gear and such. I just wanna use my assault to lob grenades at people

Im set up for max aoe damage atm and I find it fun to lob mortars and grenades at a group of people, then use the power stim tingie so I can keep lobbing mortars and watch myself getting like 6 kills in 5 seconds

I'm also not interested in PvM or such in this game. i only sign up for mercs and nothing else

Hmm, do you have a 30+ character yet?

There is nothing to be afraid of, I think you're seriously overestimating the effect of gear and such there. (also, I find aoe assaults really hard to play as you're often lacking the medic behind you whilst being a lot squishier than your fellow tank assaults)

The mercs are imo more fun and intens as ~everyone knows more or less what he is supposed to do with his current setup and equipment...though they lack the coordination of AvA.

Been playing my robo, almost 29 and I do plan on going past 30

I'll probably retire him for a bit then and switch back to my agent. Why? Robo suits all have mis-matched shoulder pads. Yep, I'm funny that way.

I decided to try and load up the game today but my installation was damaged and I couldn't repair it. I had to completely reinstall

Haven't touched GA since ava season 2 because they removed all the fun out of it. I got no clue what roles my assault or recon have these days; Might gonna go check that out soon ^^

Edit: Updating GA - 4,1 gb remaing...whaaaaa? Thats like downloading the whole game again oO

1.3 turned GA into a whole another game, 1.4 yet again.

As of now, the game is f2p, and the general tree is not the mother of all setups that 1.3 turned it into anymore..

I noticed that too....on the bright side with F2P you get an influx of more people so there's more merc matches....on the down side you get an influx of more people so there's more merc matches....

I started playing this a little while ago, was having fun playing recon until i realised theres about double the amount of recons as there are other classes...been playing medic a bit since then so i feel less fotm.

It essentially looks the same, just a few things were added that I don't remember. Some VR (virtual reality) room that's used to test weapons. I don't know about F2P but as a paid member, you get a gamble on the extra reward where it cycles through a bunch of rewards. Kinda like roulette.

Yeah, I guess graphics are pretty much same, but the perks, rules etc changes =p

I guess old paid members are getting the "Elite" status... at least I hope so.

Correct, if you paid for the game previously you get Elite status.

How do you find out what server you're on? I joined this weekend over the Steam offer and it was a disaster (server stability wise) but otherwise game was good enough to stick with and pay the one-off elite agent pack

I haven't played a robo much myself but in some PvP matches, they can determine if a team wins or loses.

I haven't used an elite code in quite a while but i believe you sign into your account and there should be an option to redeem a code. I'm at work right now so I can't sign in and can't verify exactly because the site is blocked here. When I used my code it was 50% off but it's now less than that. I think it's 25% or something, unsure.
