How do FC points, Phasefront points and Veteran points work?

Do we still get veteran points on paid accounts, or have they been replaced by the Funcom Points (FCP) for the period after FCP was introduced?

As far as I know, there haven't been any changes to veteran points.

What are "Paid Points" when looking at your character description? I have noticed some of my characters have more than others.

It seems like "phasefront points" have been renamed to "paid points". I've updated the OP now.

Thanks for the heads up. I know that I spent some points on certain chars back in 2009 but since I did not see Phasefront in the description I was confused as to why some of my older chars had points where others did not. Its been awhile since I played last so this connects all the dots in my head, lol.

Gosh I wish I hadn't converted my paid points to phasefront points years ago before there was any talk about using them for useful things like account merging, character renaming/transfer, but hey if anyone needs any social clothes you know who to send a tell to

As of 18.7, they don't.

Or rather, Phasefront points have been retired and it's all Funcom points, done through the Item Shop. Hope everyone spent all theirs before the patch.

Funcom points are still there. Veteran points are still there.

If they're on your characters showing up with shift+T, you can do sweet FA with them.

I resubbed for 12 months on 2 accounts and didn't get any new vet points. Is this normal?

Probably not. Please contact customer support and indicate your account username(s) so we can take a look at what happened. We'll get it sorted for you.

When I subscribed it took overnight for the veteran points & paid points to update ... plus if your accounts are linked vet points won't change unless you re-subscribed with your oldest account.
