I know we're all a bit skeptical of clicking unknown links these days, but note that it's Photobucket, which is a reputable site, and the image format is .PNG, so there's no worry about potential security issues of the JPG format.

These are two screenshots of AO from back in the pre-expansion days, when it took a group to kill Kelly Frederickson. Both are in 1024x768, as that was the max rez in those days. Note the blocky, squarish proportions of the screenshot, from before the days of widescreen monitors and resolutions.

Things to Note-
1) Hilde is wearing Servants of Eight armor and a Gaily Painted Hood, both well-respected pieces of gear in that time.
2) I'm not sure about the red shoulders, I seem to vaguely remember it was part of some tank armor?
3) In both pics she has just scored a 10K Aimed Shot on Kelly Frederickson, (the damage cap then), with her Caterwaul. Yes, this is from those golden days before the Cat became Agent-only, when doctors were feared in PVP.
4) Though the two pics use a different GUI, note that this is back when there was still a CLOCK at the bottom right, showing the in-game time of day. Time passed at 15x the rate of the real world.
5) In the second screenshot, you can see Hilde's guild chat from The Blackhand, and see our fearless leader Azazzel in the team menu. Also see old school player Codestrap in the team menu, long gone but never forgotten.

It wasn't the max rez; that hasn't changed since launch on the old engine 2048x2048; however practically nobody had a monitor that would run at that.

That's tank armor bugging not shoulder pads, it can still do that trick now lol
Speaking of the GUI skin that's still in use today or at least several versions of it, and what looks like a green button was the ping-O-Meter I miss that too lol
