This item will give you 1 level if you are below level 60 and 203500 xp if you are above level 60.

Description: This item will give you 1 level if you are below level 100 and 1590300 xp if you are above level 100.

Is Scheol, Ado brain and Penumbra quest exp nerfed when doing 210+? I understand nerfing the key quest exp but not those harder quest that are impossible to solo until way higher levels.
