Really, we have completely inexperienced pvpers talking here. To get some actual productive feedback, don't talk to professionals since some have been elected based on asking their org mates to vote for them.
Instead just institute a process of weeding out the less valuable input from people who haven't reached a certain level of equip/research/ai.
I think for tl7 balancing, these numbers/equip is fair.
220/24+/65+ research could fluctuate since some people don't need some lines
full xan betas atleast and custom 250+ imps. A mixture of ai/enhanced bd/db/pen ofab armor. DB questline done. Pvp orientated nanos from apf.
Then lock the balance forum and have people apply to be able to post here. In order to gain access, they just need to let an fc employee evaluate their setup in game. This way we can cut down on the bull**** numbers i see everywhere posted here and just get people who know their prof being able to talk without having to respond to 10 retarded troll attempts for each post
Then create seperate balance sections for each tl. And if you have a toon that qualifies for that range, you can post there.
