It's actually technically outdoors, which is one of the reasons why I like the Dubliner - They have an alley-way between the two main parts of their establishment which you can not only drink in but smoke in as well. So you're outside (it's mostly covered with tarps and such), but since you're still in the actual "bar" you can carry your drinks with you. =D
