The Black Bands (Italian: Bande Nere), sometimes referred to as the Black Bands of Giovanni, was a company of Italian mercenaries formed and commanded by Giovanni de' Medici during the Italian Wars; their name came from their black mourning colors for the death of Pope Leo X. Composed primarily of arquebusiers—including Europe's first mounted arquebusiers—the company was, by the Italian War of 1521, considered to be the finest Italian troops available.
Black Bands is a large and growing organisation, Ruled by our current president Aenarionn, dedicated to train the best soldiers of anarchy, like our Ex-President Ocene intended it to be!
And we will continue his dream!
Black Bands was once founded to be a mainly soldier org, but since then, we've grown and now are looking for other proffesions to fill our ranks, to join our fun spent on Rubi-Ka, especially striving over the Notum Wars battle fields and the mystery of the Shadowlands!
We all like to chat, with many subjects of discussion and many friends/allies on our guest chat. We are NOT dirty-minded. Totally. Fingers crossed behind my back, but I still say that!
However, the organization primarily consists of adults, so adult discussions will go through the chat!
Black Bands strives at preserving warm, friendly and drama-free atmosphere in guild chat.
PvP, especially NW, is very important to us, and since our founding we've grown to be a force to be reckoned with in the Tower Fields. Therefore TL 7 PvP is mandatory in Black Bands, and we encourage our members to build twinks to help Omni secure lower TL. Tower fields!
Most important thing, however, is that we all are friends. That’s where our strength comes from. We help each other. We keep together. We trust each other.
We own a beautiful ql 300 city in Coast of Peace, at the seaside, and a piece of golden beach just for ourselves.
We offer freedom to do as you please, as long as you keep it respective!
Also, we have Chickas Calientes!
The only requirements we have are:
Your main must be at least level 150.
You need to be mature and involved in the game, especially the PvP aspect of it, and you must have fun!
