Actually, the "official story" is that he moved to australia and is having troubles with his Internet connection, but that's a bit weak. Couple of things may havge happened:
1) Cozmik got tired of all the negativity of the players and took a sabbatical from Funcom. I honestly could not fault him for doing this. It's gotta be hard working at Funcom with thousands of people saying they hate you every day. I could tell in some of his later posts, as well as Cz's posts that they are stressed out
But after all, we're only human and I feel really bad for those guys.
2) Cozmik is no longer working at Funcom. i'm hoping this isn't the case, as while I've criticized him before, I think he brings a much needed bit of humor to these boards and I'd hate to see him go.
3) he really is having trouble with his 'net connection. I have no idea how things work down under (please hold your jokes), but I'm having a hard time believing that nobody has a way to get him hooked up in australia, even under a *gasp* aol account or something.
