I'd change the whole character creation process to be more customizable, similar to Skyrim or sth.

1. Able to morph the heads, select hair, lips, eyebrows, eyes, etc regardless of head shape.
2. More ranges for body mass, not just 3 options.
3. A selection of normal-ish skin tones for Solitus and Atrox.
4. A selection of pale skin tones for Opifex and Nanomage.

Add the ability for people to customize these in character selection screen WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY FOR IT or at least pop up a customization screen when logging in to character for first time after this patch. Not switch breed or sex, but at least change appearance using the available options for that breed.

These options have become standard in current MMOs. If they truly want to bring the game up to date, this is another badly needed change.
