That looks really nice. I can imagine the final product together with the perk adjustments etc, and if that doesnt attract players back to the game/ new players, I dont know what will.
Yessss that is gorgeous. I know if I was a dev over there I'd do nothing but play with the grass collision detection allllll day.

First of all i want to thank you Means & devs for actually doing something with this old MMO, its def one of my favs and it will be for a long time.
The video looks really neat but i have a coupple of questions:
With the new collision system implemented will this fix the other collision bugs present in the game?
Will the new engine fix the camera bug (for example advy morphs)
Back when you were using Ogre engine (i hope that's the name) you used that neat and new sky texture in the "trailer" vid, will this be still implemented in this new engine?
I remember you said that you will not do an enormous change with the game's graphics engine (ie you won't change every texture and such), implementing grass will delay the release of the new engine?There's alot to cover expecially in SL
Im looking forward for new footage of the new engine and hope it will be released soon, thanks for bringing back AO to life,

I like the collision detection, its smooth.
You kind of get this odd feeling of the characters hands being outstretched touching the grass as it moves by.
I actually do not mind that its larger than the actual character model (collision box ftw).
Also you revealed something you havnt yet.. you sneaky bstrd! Nice new walk cycle....
also, I like the fix to the cobblestones (fitted stone) ground.
Really, you guys are putting it togeather.
