Game Director Means has posted .pdf documents about the upcoming perk changes and upon an indirect request in IRC channel, I've taken the liberty of converting the pdf's to doc format which is usable in MS Wordpad or other compatible text reader.
(This is so you don't have to install Adobe's crapware.)

That was my first thought too.And MS software is better than Adobe?
Second, more constructive thought: I sincerely doubt that a there are many people out there who can read .doc but not PDF - if you really want to make it more accessible, make a HTML version.
