i think i missed a mob tag on the 2nd part of the quest. when i turned in the items he took them and only gave me a card for part 3. i didnt get the syringe. if i do all get all 8 of the items and the rack will the new syringe update my interest pads to dedication? or do i have to do this all over again. any input would help. thank you

I can't imagine the part 3 syringe working on the quest 1 pads.

Try to petition it. Since you have the card, you have proof that you completed part 2. And since the pads are NoDrop, you couldn't have given it to anyone else. Maybe you can get a GM to give you the part 2 syringe.

From what I've seen, missing a mob shouldn't cause this to happen. The mobs need to be done in a specific order. If you go out of order, you don't get the mission completion sound/text. If you can recall the order you did them, it may be a reproducable bug.
