Does any1 use rings of power?

the melee dmg adding rings? i've been using them for awhile now, 2 +13 rings and was curious if any1 else had any experiences with them. also when it says it adds +13 is that +13% or just 13 points?

+12 means +12 damage.

Go into a backyard, hit a leet. Take off the ring, and hit another leet. Measure the difference in your crit-value (normally, you should be able to crit leets alot, and that makes them perfect for damage-tests like this one.
