EQB: not enf only (FFS nt's equipped them, and they got nerfed)
SND: was meant for keepers. (and eventually became obsolete)
1hb/e setup was a nice step, but it doesn't make enforcers immortal either.

All of that and still being a high health profession comes as a cost. The cost was capping specials. And, it fits well within this conceptual band aid fix theory being presented.

And if you wanna complain about duel weapons on a enf, then check out traders and soldiers as well. They have had it for years, even way before enfs. Its likely not a problem that is going to be solved quickly either. But eventually it too may become obsolete.

I never said enfs were godmode professions. I just said that they haven't had it nearly as tough as most other profs. Which actually had nothing to do with your original post, but glad to see you just want to argue with people.

Oh yeah just to add, we should obviously be able to unleash the damage we drain from our opponent back at them, so

Edit: It is half the damage back at them since PVP damage is halved. The self part of it could have double the duration (40 seconds - that's oh, 10-15 shots@+375/190 with RRFE). So don't panic all you poor hard done soldiers

Pff, you post all this after I post the thing up on the wishlist. That's ok, I linked to it. That said, this sounds like a Trader tool and I could imagine how well they'd take us swiping their toolset (not to say we haven't done this already.)
