    maybe Docaholic can do something about these icons and their descriptions. would love to see what he can muster up, because its not just proc descriptions that need changing, its also the re-used ncu window icons that need fixing. and right now, I have more faith in what Doc does on his spare time for the game, then the full time designers at funcom. sorry, just my feelings on it.

    Why have procs and perks not received more information yet? Dedicate 20 minutes time at the end of each work day towards this and they'll all be done within the span of a couple patches. Hell, most players would be willing to do it for free.
