Something you may want to keep in mind Abid.
Mp quest mob took about an hour of the same exact questions for some to respond correctly. A few mps got it on their first try. There were people there who spent nearly two hours who still weren't getting a response. (All using exact same wording.)
It is quite possible that this is a bug and if it extends to say...your trader NPC, you may have been talking to him without realizing he is indeed the quest giver.
Just food for thought.
I spend 3 days looking for him on test 2 weeks ago without accomplishing. So good luck. Abid I know you want the uber 14 fling buff from the ring. hehehe

Milo's lines seem to have changed somewhat, but I spent half an hour banging my head against a wall trying to talk to him with no avail.
He mentions Silverleaf, a tower, Sir Lancelot & wants a more specific question than "tell me about yourself"...
