Well, consistent and dogmatic.
I really think that it doesn't fit there. People are just accepting it now because they are getting used to it.
Please move it where it will fit in with the surroundings. The ledge or the lake in the Borealis sim would be ideal.
That or finally modernise New Land City so that it reflects the proseperity the city council is bringing it.
